David Brooks

Strength & Conditioning

These two different elements of physical conditioning support are very important for all levels of golfer. However, all interventions require a close working relationship between the golf coach and conditioning expert, and for this reason David is very careful in who he refers to.
Dan Coughlan is unusual in that he can fulfil both physical roles, whether as a senior physiotherapist for injury rehabilitation, or a strength and conditioning coach for performance development.

For a private physiotherapy consultation with Dan through Nuffield Health, Chelmsford, please call 01245 254400 for an appointment. For advice on athletic development or movement assessments the first contact can be made through David.
